1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Hygiene and personal care products
  • Items damaged through misuse, accident, or improper care

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be required to pay price differences and additional shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately within 7 days with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
