Pants have belt loops, working pockets in the front. Elastic waist. Beautifully made Italian pants. Pleat down the front and cuffed bottoms. Purchased a boutique on Madison Avenue in new York city. Never had the opportunity to wear them. From a smoke free and pet free home.
