True vintage 1930’s 30’s little girls baby blue green short sleeve blouse top

True vintage 1930’s 30’s toddler baby little girls blue green print blouse top! No size so please see measurements because I am unsure. Cute short puff sleeves. Has a pointed collar. V-neck doesn’t have any buttons. Bright colorful plaid in lime green, kelly green, blue and white. Has had a full soak and press. Feels like a soft cotton. I was finding baby books dating 1931 in the boxes. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡

Length from shoulder to hem – 15 inches.
Sleeve opening – 4 1/2 inches across.
